Right Around the Corner

I’m so frustrated that I didn’t get to blog at all in the past few days!! It’s amazing how much blogging helps me keep up with my boys…I have barely any idea of what’s been happening for them this week!

But the important thing is that Spring Training is as good as done and Opening Day is literally right around the corner! I’M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!! I cannot wait to see what these boys will do in the real thing. I wish I could really express how excited I am, but that would probably consist of extended screaming and excessive jumping up and down for a really long time, and I don’t think you want to see what that looks like typed. Suffice it to day that I’M SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!

Our official rotation is Jon Garland, Chris Young, Kevin Correia, Clayton Richard and Mat Latos. Starting pitcher on Monday: Jon Garland. We’re looking so great, it’s not even funny. IT’S ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!!

I can’t wait to see my boys go out there and play like they have been for the better part of the spring. Wasn’t that just so much fun to watch? I had a blast this spring. It’s so amazing to have my boys winning like this, and it’s going to be even better to see them do it in the regular season. I’m soooo proud of my boys. They’re doing so incredibly, and it’s been a blast to see how they’ve grown so far. I can’t wait for the real thing!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Hey, did you know that Trevor Hoffman is only six saves away from #600??? That’s just amazing. I miss you soooooo much Trevor, and I wish you could be getting #600 with us. Sniff sniff.

We’re going to dominate this season. Just wait and see.

Kaybee: Haha your excitement is quite apparent! I watched 30 Clubs in 30 days on MLB Network all Spring Training long. Yesterday, I watched the Padres episode. Very interesting club you have here🙂

Garland will be good at the top of the rotation, I think it’ll be next year though that some of your young talent really thrives and makes a big impact

Phillies Outside

The offseason seemed much too long!

Can’t wait for tomorrow!! Wow, our starting rotation looks solid. With veterans Jon Garland, Chris Young and Kevin Correia along with youngsters Clayton and Mat, I think this Padres pitching staff is going to look great throughout 2010. Let’s hope for the first win of the season! GO PADRES!!

The NL West is becoming a real threat, which I love. I thought the Padres were project to finish pretty high in the division, and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen during this opening weekend!
